MTIPC has a fifteen day, from date of
invoice, refund policy with 25% restocking
fee. New or Refurbished equipment may be
refunded. If a customer calls and request a
refund with in the fifteen day period a RMA
number, return merchandise authorization
number, will be given. After the customer
receives the RMA number, the customer can,
at the customer's expense, return the
equipment for a refund. The equipment must
be received with in 15 days of the issuing
date of the RMA number and the equipment
must be packed in orginal container or box
and the equipment must be received in same
condition as when it was shipped out.
Damaged equipment will not be refunded.
Shipping cost will not be refunded.
Equipment returned with out a RMA number
will not be refunded. Equipment must be
received before a refund can be refunded.
Refurbished
Item Warranty Claim
Policy
Refurbished equipment under warranty from
MTIPC will be handled according to warranty as
described on the invoice. In most cases
the following procedure is followed. When
a customer calls, they are directed to speak
with a technician to verify fault with the
equipment. If a fault with the equipment
is verified, the technician will ask the
customer to attempt a remedy. This might
include MTIPC shipping a replacement part.
If MTIPC decides that there is no easy remedy,
the customer will be asked to return the item at
customer's expense, so that MTIPC can perform
the necessary repairs. Then at MTIPC's
expense, MTIPC will return the item to the
customer. MTIPC, will only pay one way
shipping and will only pay for ground shipping
with in the contiguous United States. If
the customer paid for overnight shipping and
received the product as defective, the customer
is still responsible for the shipping.
MTIPC does not and will not accept
responsibility for overnight shipping charges.
When equipment leaves MTIPC' facility it has
been thoroughly tested and is working.
New
Item Warranty Claim

New equipment under warranty from the
Manufacture must be returned to the manufacture
or an authorized service center that the
manufacture has designated as a center for
repairing items under warranty. MTIPC
assumes no liability for defective items under
warranty from the manufacturer. MTIPC does
not pay for shipping for items under warranty
from the manufacture.
Repair Policy
When equipment is shipped to MTIPC for
repair, we will repair or replace it at our
discretion; therefore, you might not receive
back the exact same item that was sent in for
repair. If an item fails that was repaired
by MTIPC then, you are directed to speak with a
technician to verify fault with the equipment.
